Antique Victorian Gilt Dome Etruscan Momento Mori Mourning Locket Brooch Pendant

Victorians used these brooches as hair holders, the mourning had an oval glass cover in the back.. It is missing on this piece.. It has a hinged pin and C clasp.. Measures approx 1 1/4 wide.. for over 100 + years it's in great preloved condition...
