Ornate Antique Victorian Black Onyx & Pearl Brass Mourning Link Snap Bracelet 7. MATERIAL: brass, black onyx, white pearl.

This gorgeous piece of antique jewelry is a Victorian mourning bracelet in black onyx, pearl, and brass. I believe this piece is from around 1890 to 1900. Bracelet features six links of ornate brass ovals.

Brass ovals have ornate designs around the sides of slightly raised flowers on a black oxidized background. Links are connected by two small round chain loops. Atop brass ovals are double claw pronged black onyx ovals with a small white pearl in a dog toothed setting. Center link is a focal and is a bit larger than the others. Closure is an early style snap which fastens securely.

Piece is in excellent vintage condition.
