Rare PRINCE ALBERT Carved Intaglio Fob Antique Victorian Memento Mori Wax Stamp

It features a bust of the late prince, below which simply reads "Albert" in nice script. With the right wax this would be corrected. I believe it is carved from rock crystal and not glass due to the visual characteristics, but I could be wrong.
