Victorian Era Jewelry Portrait Mourning Brooch Pendant Estate 800 Silver

1 inch by 3/4 inch oval antique brooch with pendant loop. I bought this out of a high end jewelry estate. I believe it is antique---certainly vintage. It is marked "800" and to the left of the 800 is a rectangular box with a star, a space, "568" and a space and what looks to my eye as "Fl" or "F" and a capital I not L or a lower case l (ell). I cleaned a small spot to show the 800 and hallmark more clearly.

The case around this piece is also silver. I cleaned a small spot. The portrait is very cold to the touch. With the oxidation on the silver, the silver encasing and backside look dark and they are. I didn't want to alter this piece in any way.
