Victorian Ribbon Belt / Buckle withCameo

ITEM CONDITION: This is a used vintage/antique item and I have examined its condition and have noted any and all imperfections that I have seen. Although items have been measured they are not 100% accurate but very close to it. Please view the items images as they are part of my description section. Additional Item Description: Belt is approximately 25 inches long, and 1 inch wide.

The belt seems to be brass but blackened. I do not know what the cameo is made from possible some type of early resin as it brownish /grey with a tinge of green and is not hand carved. Condition Issues: No defects or condition issues. The ribbon belt could use an ironing to make it look better. The method is dependent upon the item type.
