Victorian Sterling Momento Mori Mourning Tennis Racket & Flowers Locket Brooch

It has a tennis racquet & surrounded by Forget-me-Nots... Victorians used these brooches as hair holders, the mourning brooch pat had a compartment in the back which had an oval glass cover in the back..

It is missing on this piece... Has a hinged pin and C clasp.. Fully hallmarked for Birmingham 1888 (see photo).. Measures approx 1 1/2" wide and 1" long... For over 120 + years it's in great preloved condition... Photos in natural & flash light... Please see all my photos as they are part of my description..
